INJUSTICE IN CANADA

Blatant Discriminations inside the Courtrooms.

1.   If you are self-represented, the Judges will openly discriminate against you inside the courtrooms.  Those who are represented by lawyers will be called first, this will go on for more than an hour, then those who are self-represented will be asked to stand in a line.  As the line progresses, if some other lawyer walks into the courtroom, those self-represented, who are waiting in line will be stopped and the lawyer who just walked in, will be attended to, as you think, that once the lawyer leaves, you are going to be called, more lawyers may walk in, the Judge will continue to hear the lawyers.

2.  Once the lawyers leave, you will think that you are going to be called, at that time the Judge will go for a coffee break.  When court returns, same drama.  If lawyers are present, first, they will be attended to.  Else your line proceeds until some other lawyer walks in, when they again stop you to hear the lawyers first.

3.  Once the lawyers are done, they start yelling and screaming at those who are self-represented.  They will bully you.  The message they give you is, if you want to be treated in a fair manner, then, hire a lawyer.  If everyone hires lawyers, then the salary of lawyers goes up, then the salary of Crown Attorneys (Public Prosecutors) and Judges goes up.

4.  I have asked the Judges many times why they do it.  They told me that it is an old tradition to attend to lawyers first, which they are following.  I told them, the tradition may be old, but that is not the law.  When before law all are equal, you please follow the law first and then tell me to follow.  Call everyone according to the date the charges were filed.  Moreover, the law says, that you should be heard in an open court in the presence of everyone.

5.  Hon. Mr. Justice Brownstone told me that the lawyers are expensive, they are paid by the hour, hence they are heard first.  I asked him, how do you know that their money is more important than my time?  He told me to leave the courtroom.

6.  The Judges will openly discriminate against you and insult you.  If you dare to question them, they will illegally imprison you without any reason.
